Preparation method for large-sized ceramic tile
The invention relates to a preparation method for a ceramic tile and provides a preparation method for a large-sized ceramic tile. A product prepared by virtue of the method is smooth and bright in surface, fast in preparation speed, accurate in size and low in defective percentage. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) screening raw materials; (2) grinding the raw materials; (3) adding water into the granular raw materials in the step (2) and fully stirring the raw materials to slurry, and removing iron from the slurry; (4) pouring the slurry treated in the step (3) into a drying tower for being dried so as to prepare a powdery material; (5) feeding the powdery material into a briquet press to be formed as a ceramic billet; (6) drying the ceramic billet; (7) cooling the ceramic billet; (8) pouring glaze; (9) jetting ink and printing; (10) glazing the ceramic tile with protective glaze; (11) polishing the glaze; (12) feeding the ceramic billet to a kiln; and (13) polishing the ceramic billet.
