Niobate medium-dielectric constant microwave dielectric ceramic material and preparation method thereof
The present invention discloses a niobate medium-dielectric constant microwave dielectric ceramic material, wherein the target compound expression formula is Zn0.9Co0.1ZrNb2O8. The preparation method comprises: respectively carrying out material preparing on chemical materials such as ZnO, ZrO2, CoO and Nb2O5 according to a stoichiometric ratio of Zn0.9Co0.1ZrNb2O8 by using a solid-phase method; carrying out ball milling, drying and screening, and pre-burning at a temperature of 900 DEG C to synthesize a precursor; and adding polyvinyl alcohol, carrying out ball milling, drying and screening, pressing into a green body, and sintering the green body at a temperature of 1160-1320 DEG C to prepare the medium-dielectric constant microwave dielectric ceramic material. According to the present invention, the dielectric constant is 27.17-28.04, the Q*f is 58533-68615 GHz, the resonance frequency temperature coefficient is -75.40 to -54.60*10<-6>/DEG C, and the method has characteristics of simple process, non-polluting process, and broad application prospects.
