The incombustible composite heat-insulation material prepared with the preparation method is good in flame retardance and low in heat conduction through adjustment and limitation of the particle size of the heat-insulation base material and the ratio of the heat-insulation base material to the modified inorganic admixtures, and the heat-insulation effect is obviously better than those of existing like products; meanwhile, during production, a large quantity of solid waste, such as stone powder, fly ash, waste slag powder and the like, left by mining, thermal power and mineral separation is used as main admixtures, and the material is an environment-friendly material conforming to the economic development direction of resource recycling and pollutant discharge reduction.
