The invention discloses double-roller complete processing equipment of recycled asphalt concrete. The complete processing equipment comprises a continuous double-roller recycled asphalt mixer, a new-aggregate feeding system, an old asphalt mixture feeding system, a feeding system of new asphalt and a waste-asphalt recycling agent, a powder-material feeding system, a pre-mixing device, and a finished-material lifting and storing system. According to the complete processing equipment disclosed by the invention, the new asphalt, the waste-asphalt recycling agent and powder materials are added in the pre-mixing device to be premixed so as to be uniform before entering the continuous double-roller recycled asphalt mixer. Through the technical scheme adopted by the complete processing equipment, the stirring time of the continuous double-roller recycled asphalt mixer can be shortened, and the quality of the recycled asphalt concrete is improved.
