Manufacturing method of small segment of steel tower
The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a small segment of a steel tower. The method comprises the following steps: performing positioning a wall plate unit piece by using pile blocking workpieces on a bed-jig without a dog plate; positioning transverse partition plate unit pieces by using a transverse partition plate supporting tools, and fixing a transverse partition plate unit on the wall plate unit piece; positioning a web unit piece by using web supporting tools, and fixing a web unit on the transverse partition plate unit piece so as to accomplish the manufacturing of an upper block part and a lower block part; positioning an anchor box part on the upper surface of the lower block part; positioning the upper block part by utilizing holes in the web unit piece; positioning wall plate unit pieces on both sides by using special counter-force tools; and turning over the welded segment so as to perform welding. Through the adoption of the manufacturing method, the parent metal is protected from being damaged, and the cost is reduced, so that the manufacturing method solves the technical problems that when the small segment of a steel tower is manufactured by adopting a horizontal scattered mounting method in the prior art, the parent metal is damaged, and the cost is high.
