An automatic control system of a tide lane isolation fence comprises the movable isolation fence. The movable isolation fence is sequentially connected with an automatic moving control device, a positioning device, a protection device, a delay device and a voice flash alarm signal device. Traffic light signals, time signals and manual forced signals serve as movement control signals of the movable isolation fence, the movable isolation fence sequentially moves in the traffic flow direction according to width changing signals of a tide lane and the time sequence; and when the tide lane returns to a normal lane, the fence control device reversely works. When the system is controlled by the control device, the movable isolation fence is provided with runners and can move by itself, changing and resetting of the tide lane can be automatically achieved, and intelligent control is achieved. The system performance is good, reliability is high, the structure is simple, operation is easy, and the manufacturing cost is low.
