An overturn preventing system for a self-elevating ocean platform comprises a climbing system, a locking system, pile shoes, pile legs, an ocean platform body, a control room, a wireless transmitting module, a displacement sensor, a pressure sensor, a support shaft, a locking jaw, hydraulic cylinders, a rack climbing mechanism, a gear climbing mechanism, a gear reducer, a wireless receiving module and an overturn preventing console, wherein the control room in which the overturn preventing console and the wireless receiving module are mounted is mounted on the ocean platform body; the wireless receiving module and the overturn preventing console are in signal connection; and the three pile legs are mounted on the ocean platform body. The overturn preventing system has the advantage of improving the safety performance of the ocean platform.
