Earth-among-pile excavation-free construction method for cast-in-situ bored piles
The invention belongs to an earth-among-pile excavation-free construction method for cast-in-situ bored piles. The method includes the following steps of preparing before construction, cutting earth to the cushion layer elevation, paying off to position pile holes and mounting cushion layer pile hole internal molds, pouring cushion layer concrete, taking out the cushion layer pile hole internal molds, conducting mechanical in-situ drilling, mounting cast-in-place pile external molds, pouring pile body concrete, removing the cast-in-place pile external molds, and removing and chiseling pile top weak layers to the designed elevation. By the adoption of the method, earth-among-pile excavation can be avoided, the quality of the pile top concrete can be effectively controlled, and the over-pouring height and the removing and chiseling heights of pile tops are decreased. The method has the advantages of being easy, convenient and practical to use, capable of saving time and labor, capable of saving manpower and material costs, low in construction cost, high in efficiency, good in quality and short in construction period.
