The invention relates to the technical field of inspection well lids and discloses a connecting structure for an inspection well lid and an inspection well seat. The connecting structure comprises the inspection well seat and the inspection well lid. Multiple threaded holes are arranged on the circumference of the upper end of the inspection well seat. Counter bores corresponding to the threaded holes one to one are arranged on the inspection well lid and internally provided with antitheft bolts connected with the threaded holes. Each antitheft bolt comprises a stud and a bolt head arranged at one end of the stud. The upper ends of the bolt heads are provided with circular stop wafers. The side faces of the upper ends of the bolt heads are provided with polyhedral locating blocks used for clamping and locating the studs in rotation. Sliding sleeves are arranged on the outer sides of the polyhedral locating blocks. The ends, connected with the bolt heads, of the studs are provided with protective sleeves. Compression springs are arranged in the protective sleeves. The upper ends of the compression springs make contact with the lower ends of the sliding sleeves. Annular notches are arranged between the upper ends of the sliding sleeves and the stop wafers. The antitheft bolts in the connecting structure cannot be easily detached by a thief, so that the inspection well lid is effectively prevented from being stolen.
