The invention discloses simple digging equipment for a building. The simple digging equipment comprises a rack, a pressure rod and a digging wheel. Anchor drill rods are fixedly arranged at the two ends of the rack respectively. The anchor drill rods are inserted into the rack and fixed to the rack in a welded mode. The pressure rod is located in the center of the rack and is in clearance fit with the rack. Flange bases are fixedly arranged on the rack and arranged on the periphery of the pressure rod in a sleeving mode. Guide sleeves are arranged between the flange bases and the pressure rod. The top end of the pressure rod is provided with a pressing handle perpendicular to the pressure rod. The digging wheel is hinged to the bottom end of the pressure rod.
