The constant pressure water supply controlling device comprises a one-chip microcomputer processing module, the one-chip microcomputer processing module is connected with a pressure transducer and a booster pump, the pressure transducer is connected with the one-chip microcomputer processing module through an A/D converter, and the booster pump is connected with the one-chip microcomputer processing module through a three-phase SPWM wave output module. The pressure transducer monitors the water pressure in real time and inputs the detected water pressure value to the one-chip microcomputer processing module, the one-chip microcomputer processing module controls the duty ratio of the three-phase SPWM wave output module according to the water pressure, and therefore the operating power of the booster pump is controlled, and the fact that the water pressure always remains a needed value is guaranteed.
