A foul smell immediate adsorption assembly of a flush toilet is provided. An air exhaust pipeline (2) is arranged under a seat edge of a sitting-type flush toilet (1) and is connected with a ventilating duct of a bathroom, a motor assembly (3) is arranged on the air exhaust pipeline (2), and a photoelectric sensing device (4) is arranged in the middle of the surface of a water tank of the sitting-type flush toilet (1). When a user is sitting on the toilet, the photoelectric sensing device (4) senses and detects a signal to start the motor assembly (3), thereby immediately exhausting the foul smell of the flush toilet; an exhausting hole of the air exhaust pipeline (2) inclines downwards; the motor assembly (3) is linked with a flushing switch of the flush toilet and automatically stops working during toilet flushing; and foul smell discharge can be carried out in advance before the user uses the toilet, thereby raising a freshness degree of the toilet.
