The invention discloses a multifunctional invisible full-automatic squatting-and-sitting integrated toilet device. The device comprises a squatting toilet (1) which is characterized in that: the squatting toilet (1) has a left side and a right side each provided with a covering board (2). The splicing of the covering boards (2) on the left and the right sides can cover the squatting toilet (1). Each of the covering boards is provided with a transverse drive means and a longitudinal drive means thereunder. The covering boards (2) on the left and the right sides of the squatting toilet (1) implement opening and closing along with the transverse drive means. The covering boards (2) ascend or descend along with the longitudinal drive means. The toilet device herein has explicit effects that two covering boards are arranged above the squatting toilet, and the toilet device can be directly used as a squatting toilet by sliding apart the two covering boards to the left side and the right side, and can also be used as a sitting toilet by lifting the covering boards and subsequently sliding the covering boards to the left and the right sides; when not in use, the toilet device can be closed completely and turns invisible, which is hygienic and environmental friendly.
