The invention belongs to the technical field of a building, and relates to a clamping matching type connecting element. The clamping matching type connecting element solves the technical problem of regulation inconvenience in the prior art. The clamping matching type connecting element comprises an inserting head and a connecting screw nut, wherein an annular clamp table in an annular shape is arranged in the connecting screw nut; the inserting head comprises a connecting end and an inserting end; the inserting end consists of at least three clamping posts ranged in the circumferential direction of an axial lead of the inserting head; the end part of each clamping post expands to form an expansion part; when the expanding parts enter the inside of the connecting screw nut, the lower surface of the annular clamp table and the upper surfaces of the expanding parts can be mutually clamped, so that the clamping posts can clamp the connecting screw nut; and a positioning mechanism enabling the annular clamp table to be clamped and matched with the expanding parts in a concave-convex way when the annular clamp table is clamped with the expanding parts is arranged on the annular clamp table and the expanding parts. The connecting element has the characteristic that the distance is adjustable. The distance can be adjusted according to different requirements, and fast connection between two prefabricated components is realized.
