The invention discloses a building curtain wall with a composite heat insulation layer. The building curtain wall comprises an inner decoration layer, a concrete casting layer, keels, a heat preservation layer, a heat insulation layer, a waterproof layer, a ceramic plate, connecting posts, fixing frames and reinforcing bars, wherein a plurality of mutually perpendicular keels are arranged inside the concrete casting layer; the fixing frames are arranged on the keels; the reinforcing bars are connected between the fixing frames; the outer sides of the keels are provided with the heat insulation layer; the keels and the heat insulation layer are connected through the connecting posts; the heat preservation layer is arranged between the keels and the heat insulation layer; the inner decoration layer is arranged at the inner side of the concrete casting layer; and the waterproof layer is arranged between the heat insulation layer and the ceramic plate. The building curtain wall with the composite heat insulation layer has the advantages that the structural design is reasonable; the wall body stability is high; and the building curtain wall integrating firmness and various functions such as heat preservation, earthquake resistance, radiation protection and sound isolation is realized.
