The invention discloses a water cooling-heating dual-purpose sound-absorbing curtain wall, comprising a keel and a composite board. The composite board is arranged on the keel. The curtain wall is characterized in that the composite board is a metal based composite board, the upper layer of the metal based composite board is a coating or a surface layer in thickness of 0.2 mm to 5 mm, the lower layer of the metal based composite board is a metal based plate layer in thickness of 1 mm to 8 mm, the middle of the metal based plate layer is provided with a pipe channel through which a pipe passes and a fireproof sound-absorbing material layer, the surface of the metal based composite board is provided with a plurality of sound-absorbing holes communicated with the pipe channel. The water cooling-heating dual-purpose sound-absorbing curtain wall is mainly advantaged in that the curtain wall has cooling-heating dual-purpose, and is good in sound insulation and noise reducing effect, compact in structure, relatively thin in integrated thickness of the warm-keeping curtain wall, good in fireproof performance, good in moistureproof and fireproof performance, and is mothproof and would not generate harmful gas, the curtain wall does not warp and deform, and is sturdy and durable, thermal utilization factor reaches up to 70% which is much higher than that of a conventional warm-keeping curtain wall, and the curtain wall has relatively good application value.
