The invention discloses a domestic integrated sauna and shower room which comprises a sauna area and a shower area. A partition is arranged between the sauna area and the shower area and provided with a middle door communicating the sauna area with the shower area, and the shower area is provided with a main door communicated with the outside. A user in a room at temperature of about 20 DEG C enters the shower area with an infrared heating device and at temperature of about 40 DEG C, cleans the skin in a comfortable temperature environment and pre-warms the body, and then enters the sauna area at temperature of about 60 DEG C; when going out of the domestic integrated sauna and shower room, the user passes the shower area in which skin cleaning and cooling are completed, and then goes outside from the main door, so that a healthful sauna mode of stepped heating and cooling can be realized, comfortableness and health carefulness of sauna are improved, and health damage caused by sudden temperature change is reduced. In addition, an exhaust fan is arranged at the top of the sauna area and exhausts the moisture of the sauna area after saunaing, so that on one hand, the process when the user waits for moisture exhausting is the process of cooling of the body, and on the other hand, influence on the environment of the room due to the fact that the moisture of the sauna area spreads into the room when the door is open can be prevented.
