The present invention provides a 360-degree rotating easy-to-clean aluminum plastic window. The 360-degree rotating easy-to-clean aluminum plastic window comprises a fixed window frame and a rotating glass frame, wherein the rotating glass frame is disposed inside the fixed window frame, the fixed window frame and the rotating glass frame are connected through two rotating shafts disposed at two sides of the rotating glass frame, one end of each rotating shaft is fixed in the center of an inner side wall of the fixed window frame while the other end is fixed in the center of an outer side wall of the rotating glass window, the rotating glass window rotates by 360 degrees around an axis served by a connection line of the two rotating shafts, positioning blocks are disposed at positions close to the four corners of the inner side wall of the fixed window frame, fixed members matched with the positioning blocks are disposed at positions corresponding to the positioning blocks on the rotating glass frame, and the positioning blocks are hinged to the fixed window frame and coordinate with the fixed members so as to fix the rotating glass frame and the fixed window frame. The beneficial effects of the 360-degree rotating easy-to-clean aluminum plastic window are that the window is applicable to office buildings, and the problem that glass of outer windows of the buildings is not easy to clean is solved.
