The invention provides a manufacturing method of a double-switch window warning guardrail. The double-switch window warning guardrail comprises a guardrail body, wherein longitudinal and transverse protection rods are arranged in the rectangular guardrail body; an elastic hinge is arranged at the lower part of the guardrail body; two electronic switches which are connected in series are arranged on the guardrail body; the switches are in wired or wireless connection with a warning device; a wireless telephone card is inserted in the warning device; the guardrail body is fixedly installed on a window or a balcony external wall through the hinge; when being illegally pulled, climbed or pedaled, the guardrail body is outwards inclined for 5 degrees to 10 degrees, the electronic switches are switched on, and the warning device performs field warning and/or telephone warning.
