The present invention provides a drainage pipe device for installing a washbowl, the drainage pipe device comprising: a drainage pipe inserted into a drain hole formed on a washbowl and provided with a flange hung in the drain hole on a longitudinal upper end thereof; and a coupling means for fixing the washbowl between the flange and the coupling means, wherein the coupling means mutually couples the washbowl and the drainage pipe by downwardly pressing the drainage pipe exposed to the lower part of the washbowl, thereby upwardly pressing the washbowl.
