The invention discloses a small-sized far infrared sauna room, which comprises a room body, wherein the room body consists of a rear wallboard, a left wallboard, a right wallboard, a front wallboard, a bottom plate and a top plate; the front wallboard is connected with the left and right wallboards in a buckling way respectively; the rear wallboard is connected with the left and right wallboards in the buckling way respectively; the top plate and the bottom plate are embedded; a seat is arranged in the room body; a baffle plate is arranged in front of the seat; the seat and the baffle plate are inserted; the right wallboard is provided with a glass door for allowing a user to enter and leave the sauna room; the front wallboard is provided with a glass window; and an illumination lamp is arranged inside the top plate. The small-sized far infrared sauna room is reasonable in structure, convenient to disassemble and carry, low in energy consumption and relatively safe in use.
