The invention discloses a low-temperature solid-phase synthesis method of a ZnTiO3 micro crystal. The method comprises the steps that according to the proportion of adding lg Zn(AC)2.2H2O into 40 ml H2O2, Zn(AC)2.2H2O is weighed, H2O2 is added, pH of a solution is adjusted to be 10, and stirring is conducted; the solution is transferred into a reaction kettle to react for 12 h at 100 DEG C, natural cooling is conducted, after centrifugal separation is conducted, drying is conducted, grinding is conducted, and ZnO2 is obtained; according to the molar ratio of 1:80, ZnO2 and P25 TiO2 are weighed and fully ground in an agate mortar for 15-30 min, the ground ZnO2 and P25 TiO2 are transferred to a corundum crucible to be heated to 600 DEG C and last for 10 h, power is turned off, and cooling is conducted to reach the room temperature; soaking is conducted for 6-10 h through 1 mol/L of HNO3, washing is conducted to be neutral through deionized water, drying and grinding are conducted, and the ZnTiO3 micro crystal is obtained. The low-temperature solid-phase synthesis method of the ZnTiO3 micro crystal has the advantages that reaction materials are nontoxic, low in price and easy to obtain, and reaction equipment is simple and convenient to operate.
