The invention discloses a limestone flour composite admixture. The limestone flour composite admixture comprises limestone flour and coal ash, and the mass ratio of the limestone to the coal ash is 7 to 3 or 6 to 4. The limestone flour and the coal ash are ground after being mixed evenly, the admixture is obtained, the specific surface area of the admixture is larger than or equal to 560 m<2>/kg, the 45-micon screen residue of the admixture is 0.6 percent, and the density of the admixture is larger than or equal to 2.63 g/cm<3>. The composite admixture is good in adaptability for cement and additive in an experiment, no abnormal phenomenon occurs, and the durability and carbonization degree of the admixture are close to those of concrete prepared through coal ash. The granularity of the composite admixture is smaller than that of the cement and the coal ash. Gaps between cement particles can be effectively filled with the composite admixture, and the compaction of the concrete is improved. Compared with the coal ash set with the same admixture amount and the mixing-free material set, the working performance of the concrete can be effectively improved. Under the situation that the approximate slumping degree is obtained, the amount of concrete water for mixing the composite admixture is reduced. Thus, the composite admixture can replace the coal ash to serve as a composite admixture with the superior performance.
