The invention relates to a fiber reinforced concrete admixture. The fiber reinforced concrete admixture is characterized by being prepared from raw materials in parts by weight as follows: 2-5 parts of sodium sulfate, 1-5 parts of urea, 3-8 parts of the surfactant OP-10, 2-6 parts of ethylene bis stearamide, 4-8 parts of ethylene glycol, 3-8 parts of sulfamate, 1-5 parts of silicon carbide, 4-10 parts of malic acid, 7-12 parts of cellulose grafted chitosan, 3-6 parts of a silane coupling agent, 8-14 parts of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer and 3-7 parts of polyvinylpyrrolidone. The fiber reinforced concrete admixture can prevent concrete cracking, improve the breaking strength and toughness of concrete, limit crack width and prevent concrete surface cracking, has anti-knock and fireproof capabilities, facilitates bath construction and can be widely applied to concrete structures in the fields of construction, water conservation, municipal traffic, marine military industry and the like.
