Stain-resistant artificial stone plate and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a stain-resistant artificial stone plate and a preparation method thereof. The stain-resistant artificial stone plate provided by the invention is prepared by using a mixture of quartz sands with different particle sizes and quartz powder, resin, stain-resistant active factors and water as raw materials so as to prepare an artificial stone plate, and subjecting the obtained artificial stone plate to special treatment so as to form a micron-grade thin film which has hydrophobic and oleophobic characteristics and self-cleaning property and enables the stain-resistant property of the obtained stain-resistant artificial stone plate to be improved by 2 grades compared with the stain-resistant property of a convention artificial stone plate; thus, stains on the surface of the stain-resistant artificial stone plate in the invention can be cleaned without using of a cleaning agent in 15 days. The stain-resistant artificial stone plate provided by the invention has a normal service life of more than 20 years and is suitable for popularization and application.
