Aiming at the problems that a conventional ceramic-ferrule production technology is high in defective product rate, high in energy consumption and long in production period, the invention discloses a preparation method for a ceramic ferrule. The preparation method comprises steps of forming, degreasing, sintering and grinding processing. The steps of degreasing and sintering employ a degreasing sintering integrated technology, direct heating is performed for sintering after degreasing, the link of cooling after degreasing is omitted, and cracking, wetting and contaminating during cooling are avoided, and thus the defective product rate is reduced, energy and time consumed in the cooling and secondary heating process are reduced, energy consumption is saved, and production period is shortened. The invention also discloses a degreasing sintering furnace applied to the preparation method of the above ceramic ferrule.
