The invention discloses a manufacturing method for a brass and stainless steel composite precise gasket. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out ceramic treatment on the surface of a stainless steel plate; (2) forming a surface treatment layer on the ceramic face of the stainless steel plate: coating a surfacant on the ceramic face of the ceramic stainless steel plate and drying the ceramic stainless steel plate for 8-20 minutes at 130-150 DEG C; (3) carrying out quenching treatment on the ceramic stainless steel plate after surface treatment; (4) overlaying the quenched stainless steel plate and a brass foil to form an overlaid body, and carrying out secondary quenching on the overlaid body; and (5) hot-pressing the overlaid body in a vacuum hot press and carrying out cold pressing to prepare the compound precise gasket. The manufacturing method disclosed by the invention has the benefits that the prepared precise gasket has the advantages of brass and stainless steel, has certain elasticity, and is very good in toughness, high in strength and hard to break off.
