The invention discloses a bolting-grouting integrated treatment method for railway tunnel base disease. The method comprises the following steps of base bolting and grouting, namely an expansion-type hollow prestress glue grouting anchor log is adopted for connecting a base concrete structure layer, a glue grouting packing layer and bed rock into a whole; and base glue grouting, namely a polyurethane material is grouted into gaps of the base through the expansion-type hollow prestress glue grouting anchor log. By adopting the bolting-grouting integrated treatment method, the anchoring effect can be improved; and moreover, the railway tunnel base disease can be rapidly and efficiently treated in a short skylight time.
