The invention discloses a concrete pile wrapped in a bidirectionally-reinforced composite pipe and a construction method of the concrete pile. The concrete pile comprises the outer composite pipe, a plurality of longitudinal composite fiber ribs, a plurality of transverse composite fiber ribs and a concrete pile core. The longitudinal composite fiber ribs are arranged in the laying layer of the outer composite pipe in the circumferential direction of the outer composite pipe. The transverse composite fiber ribs are distributed at intervals in the length direction of the outer composite pipe. The transverse composite fiber ribs are arranged in the laying layer or on the inner wall of the outer composite pipe. The concrete pile core is arranged in the reinforced composite pipe. The section of the bidirectionally-reinforced composite pipe can be in the shape of a round or a rectangle or an X or the like. The section of each transverse composite rib is rectangular. According to the construction method, prefabricated driving-in or on-site pouring can be selected. According to the concrete pile, the outer composite pipe provides bond stress, the longitudinal composite fiber ribs provide bearing force, and the transverse composite fiber ribs improve the bite force of composites and concrete. The composites are used for replacing reinforcing steel bars, so that the whole concrete pile is resistant to corrosion.
