Additive distribution mechanism of drill rod feeding device of cement mixing pile driver
The invention relates to an additive distribution mechanism of a drill rod feeding device of a cement mixing pile driver. The additive distribution mechanism solves the problem that when an existing cement mixing pile driver is used for drilling holes, mixing is uneven. The additive distribution mechanism comprises a material distribution seal box. The material distribution seal box comprises at least two split type sealing blocks. Multiple horizontal material distribution flow channels which are communicated with one another are formed in each split type sealing block. At least one feeding inlet communicated with the material distribution flow channels and at least three material distribution holes are formed in each split type sealing block. Moreover, the material distribution holes in each split type sealing block are in one-to-one correspondence with the material distribution holes in another split type sealing block so that at least three through holes can be formed. The additive distribution mechanism has the advantages that in construction, additives can be conveyed to conveying pipes in multiple drill rods at the same time, and the additives in the conveying pipe in each drill rod are evenly distributed; additive supply is even, and the phenomenon of insufficient slurry supply is not likely to happen; the drilling difficulty is lowered, and a drill hole with a large cross section can be drilled out at a time.
