Front sludge separation device for excavator
The invention provides a front sludge separation device for an excavator. A rack (2) is arranged at the portion, on the lower face of a driving window, of the excavator (1). A herringbone-shaped separation fork (3) with the sharp end arranged forwards is arranged on the rack. The separation fork is hydraulically driven by the excavator. When the excavator encounters sludge, the sludge is separated through the separation fork (3) and the excavator can move forwards conveniently in the sludge. A drive assembly (4) is arranged on the separation fork (3) to drive the separation fork (3) to adjust the upper, lower, front and rear positions. A high-pressure water spraying device (5) is arranged on the separation fork (3) and high-pressure water is sprayed for scouring the sludge if necessary. When the excavator encounters the sludge, the sludge can be automatically separated firstly, and the situation that a caterpillar band system of the excavator is affected by the sludge and then loses effective power is prevented.
