The invention discloses a nozzle for a cleaner, a method for preventing clean water from flowing back to the nozzle and the cleaner. The interior of the nozzle is provided with a first water channel and a second water channel. The first water channel and the second water channel are provided with water spraying holes. Water flow can spray along the water spraying holes in order to form water columns used for cleaning a lower part of a body. The nozzle is further provided with water passing slots. When one of the water spraying holes is in the normal spraying state, other water spraying holes are in the water-running states in order to prevent clean water from flowing back to the interior of the nozzle out of the water spraying holes in the water-running states. The water passing slots are communicated with the first water channel and the second water channel. Due to the small flowing area of the water passing slots, water can enter the other water channel by means of the water passing slots such that the water spraying holes are in the water-running states when water enters one of the water channels for spraying. Therefore, clean water is prevented from flowing back to the interior of the nozzle from the water spraying holes in the water-running states in order to ensure hygiene of the nozzle.
