The invention discloses a constant-pressure annular flushing urinal, and the urinal comprises a urinal main body, an annular water flowing track, an annular flushing water supply hole, a water storage tank, a water supply pipe, a water outflowing port, a front brushing hole, a central water discharge hole, and a urinal tip. The urinal is characterized in that the size of the annular flushing water supply hole and the height of the water outflowing port are determined according to the needs of the water volume of the annular water flowing track and the magnitude of pressure. A central water discharge hole is disposed between the water discharge hole, thereby solving problems that an important part of a conventional urinal cannot be washed sufficiently during low pressure and water flows to the ground from the urinal tip during high-pressure flushing.
