The invention relates to the water processing equipment field, and specifically relates to a drainpipe anti-backflow device comprising a pipe wall1, a bayonet 2, a T-shape bulkhead3, a positioning spring4, and a rubber ring 5; the bayonet 2 is arranged in the pipe wall1; the T-shape bulkhead3 and the positioning spring4 are arranged in the pipe wall1; one end of the positioning spring 4 is connected with the tail of the T-shape bulkhead3, and the other end of the positioning spring4 is connected on an inner side of the pipe wall 1; the T-shape bulkhead3 is bounded with the rubber ring5; in normal discharge, the positioning spring 4 is connected with the T-shape bulkhead3, so the T-shape bulkhead3 cannot be flushed away; when discharge overflows, the water pressure can push the T-shape bulkhead3 to tightly clamp with the bayonet2, thus preventing water overflows.
