The invention discloses a continuous silt remover for an urban sewer. The continuous silt remover comprises a power trolley, a main telescopic frame installed on the power trolley, an electric driving device, a traction transmission device, a lifting trolley and an auxiliary telescopic frame installed on the lifting trolley. The electric driving device is installed at the top of the main telescopic frame and provides power for the silt remover; the main telescopic frame is connected with the auxiliary telescopic frame through the traction transmission device. A double-row chain in the traction transmission device pulls scraper buckets installed on the chain to enter the sewer from a throwing inspection well and discharge silt out of a discharging inspection well to achieve the effect of continuously clearing the silt in the sewer. The continuous silt remover integrates the functions of dredging, silt removing, lifting, loading, self-dumping and the like and can remove soft and hard silt in various urban sewers; by the adoption of the main telescopic frame and the auxiliary telescopic frame which have the telescopic function and the replaceable scraper buckets, the adaptability to the sewer environment of the silt remover is improved.
