Lap-joint structure assisting quick hoisting of high-rise steel beam, and application of lap-joint structure
The invention discloses a lap-joint structure assisting the quick hoisting of a high-rise steel beam, and the application of the lap-joint structure, wherein the structure is used for the setting of a steel beam between a first steel column and a second steel column. The structure is characterized in that a side wall of the first steel column and a side wall of the second steel column are respectively provided with a first cantilever beam and a second cantilever beam in a welded manner. The steel beam is fixed on a web through a connection board and a bolt in a manner that the first end of the steel beam is in butt joint with the first cantilever beam and the second end of the steel beam is in butt joint with the second cantilever beam. A top flange plate of the steel beam is provided with a first transition plate at a butt joint part of the steel beam with the first cantilever beam, and the first transition plate is disposed on the top flange plate of the steel beam in a lapped manner. The top flange plate of the steel beam forms temporary support for the steel beam through the first transition plate. The same structure is disposed at the butt joint part of the steel beam and the second cantilever beam. The structure can effectively improve the utilization rate of hoisting equipment, speeds up the construction progress, and guarantees the engineering quality.
