Reticulated shell joint
The invention relates to a steel and concrete combined joint for a long-span spatial structure. The invention is aimed at providing a steel and concrete combined joint with light weight, great rigidity, high strength and small deformation for the long-span spatial structure. The reticulated shell joint comprises a hollow structure body. The internal cavity of the structure body is provided with a liner tube. The liner tube and the structure body are concentrically arranged and the length of the liner tube is the same as the length of the structure body. Each of two ends of the structure body is welded with an end cap. A hermetic cavity is formed among the end caps, outer wall of the liner tube and inner wall of the structure body. The liner tube is perfused with concrete. Concrete is perfused between the outer wall of the liner tube and the inner wall of the structure body. The outer wall of the structure body is fixedly connected with a plurality of connecting tubes. The combined joint has great rigidity, high strength and small deformation. Axial force, shearing force and bending moment subjected by the reticulated shell and grid joints are effectively delivered. The combined joint can be widely applied in a long-span spatial grid and reticulated shell structure.
