Production technology for insulation board
The invention relates to the field of insulation material of walls especially a production technology for insulation board. The production technology comprises following steps: preparing underlayer material; paving the underlayer material with fiberglass mesh and pressing the fiberglass mesh with rollers after solidification of the underlayer material; preparing core body material for the insulation board; paving the core body material with fiberglass mesh and pressing the fiberglass mesh with rollers after solidification of underlayer material; preparing surface layer material; pressing with rollers and then drying, polishing , trimming deflashing, sealed-packing. The produced insulation board is fire-resistant so that the insulation board meets the combustion performance requirement for building's external wall insulation material. The production technology is low in production cost, simple in production process, brief in production time and fast in production speed. The raw material of the insulation board does not contain formaldehyde and asbestoses or other harmful elements and the insulation board does not produce needle-like dust. The insulation board is environmentally-friendly and does no harm to health.
