The invention discloses a precast concrete unit steel bar grouting connecting piece and connecting method. The connecting piece comprises a metal sleeve for connecting two steel bars, two sealing rings and a grouting structure formed by a grouting material which is poured into the metal sleeve, wherein the metal sleeve is in a fish-bellied shape; the two steel bars comprise a first steel bar which is inserted into the metal sleeve from top to bottom and arranged in a first precast concrete unit to be constructed, and a second steel bar which is inserted into the metal sleeve from bottom to top and arranged in a second precast concrete unit formed by construction; and an exhaust hole and a grouting hole are formed in the metal sleeve. The connecting method comprises the following steps: (1) installing the first steel bar and the metal sleeve; (2) installing an exhaust pipe and a grouting pipe; (3) carrying out concrete pouring of the first precast concrete unit; (4) hoisting the first precast concrete unit, and carrying out plug-in mounting of the second steel bar; (5) grouting; and (6) curing. The precast concrete unit steel bar grouting connecting piece and connecting method have the advantages that the design is reasonable, the realization is convenient, the using effect is good, the steel bar connecting process can be simply, conveniently and quickly finished, and the connection is reliable.
