The invention discloses a heating solid wood block floor and a preparation method thereof. The heating solid wood block floor comprises floor components, wherein each floor component is formed by assembling a plurality of floor units, and each floor unit comprises a triangular unit, a first trapezoid unit and second trapezoid units provided with tenon structures and/or mortise structures at the edges for mutually splicing for use; each triangular unit and the corresponding first trapezoid unit are assembled to form a triangular assembly I; the second trapezoid units are installed on two waists of the triangular assembly I to form a triangular assembly II; four triangular assemblies II are assembled to form a floor component; a plurality of flexible connectors which are embedded into the floor components and form closed loops are arranged on the backs of the floor components in the circumferential direction, and the flexible connectors forming the closed loops penetrate through the plurality of floor units. The preparation method of the floor is described in the specification. The heating solid wood block floor is high in moisture resistance and deformation resistance capacity, materials are saved, and black adhesive is good in fire resistance while having a good fixing and connecting effect.
