Construction method for HDPE (high-density polyethylene) liner bottom of large-sized concentration tank
The invention relates to a concentration tank, and discloses a construction method for the HDPE (high-density polyethylene) liner bottom of a large-sized concentration tank. The construction method comprises the steps of checking the thickness, strength and the like of an HDPE liner according to the stress analysis and calculation of the concentration tank; transporting an HDPE liner material manufactured in a factor to the site; after the construction of the bottom structure of the concentration tank is completed, backfilling earthwork, flattening and tamping the base surface, removing sundries with sharp edges and corners, and repairing the slope surface; spreading sand on the earthwork surface slope, and spreading gravels without sharp edges and corners within a platform; paving the bottom layer and the two top layers of HDPE liners according to the shape of the tank bottom; forming a drainage layer in the middle, and arranging seepage blocking lines between the two layers of HDPE liners; fixing two sides of the paved liners with the side wall of a top plate of a central bottom flow pump station and the tank wall base by using stainless steel chemical bolts respectively; and compacting and fixing the bolts and the liners with rubber plates, steel plates and gaskets, and sealing the surface with a waterproof sealant. The construction method solves the problem of seepage of the bottom structure of the concentration tank, and greatly shortens the construction period, so as to reduce the cost.
