The invention discloses a sliding-type rapidly open-close locking structure for pouring of a concrete column. The sliding-type rapidly open-close locking structure comprises a support rack and a discharge cylinder, the outer wall of which is provided with multiple annular protrusions. The support rack comprises two transverse plates and two middle plates. The two transverse plates are arranged in parallel and the two middle plates are fixed between the two transverse plates. The two middle plates are vertical to the two transverse plates. The sliding-type rapidly open-close locking structure further comprises two clamping plates, namely, a left clamping plate and a right clamping plate. One side edges of the left clamping plate and the right clamping plate are hinged onto the transverse plates. Semi-circular notches are arranged in side edges opposite to the hinged side edges of the left clamping plate and the right clamping plate. The two notches just form a circular hole, the hole diameter of which is equal to the external diameter of the discharge cylinder. By adoption of the above structure, the requirement for segmented pouring of the concrete column can be satisfied. The pouring operation is performed stably, reliably and more safely at high pouring efficiency.
