The invention relates to a water circulation device of a swimming pool. The water circulation device comprises a water circulation power device, a water inlet net cage, a water return net cage and circulation pipelines connected between the water inlet net cage and the water return net cage to form a circulation loop. The water circulation device is characterized in that a plurality of meshes are formed in the water outlet face of the water inlet net cage to form transverse and longitudinal arrays, the apertures of the meshed arrayed in the transverse direction sequentially decrease from middle to two ends, and the apertures of the meshes arrayed in the longitudinal direction sequentially decrease from top to bottom. The water circulation device and the swimming pool are small in occupied land, compact in structure, and capable of constructing more comfortable water flow and more truly simulating the swimming feeling of a large swimming pool; the water flow can be more uniform by controlling a movable plate to regulate the opening degree of the meshes, and the height of the water level can be regulated so that the requirements for different water depths can be met.
