Special device for lined container of underground cooling warehouse
The invention provides a special device for a lined container of an underground cooling warehouse. The special device comprises a work fixture for a thin-wall steel plate lined container component, an undercut device, a welding facility and a control system; the special device is characterized by comprising an overhead connecting rigid body which is connected to a tower crane framework; a plurality of digital control winches connected with lined container parts and a plurality of winches connected with the undercut of the lined container or the welding facility are uniformly distributed on the lower side of the connecting rigid body; the digital control winches are respectively provided with a load sensor, and the load sensor comprises more than one strain gauge attached to the stress sensitive part of the digital control winch; the load sensor and a motor of each digital control winch are in signal connection with a main control computer of the control system through an interface circuit, and the motor is used as an execution component of the main control computer. The special device is capable of manufacturing a high-quality thin-wall stainless steel plate lined container.
