A revetment interface is formed on the internal surface of the grain bin; the revetment interface is made of more than one material selected among a stainless steel plate, a plastic plate and a plastic film; a protection layer or a functional layer, such as a wooden floor, can be additionally arranged on the ground revetment interface to realize desired functions; the grain bin is characterized in that the revetment interface and the internal surface of the structure of the grain bin are hermetically connected to form more than one enclosed space; the enclosed spaces are respectively connected with a negative pressure source; a heat exchange interface connected with a cooling and heat exchange device is arranged at the interior or surface of the wall of the grain bin, or the interior of the grain bin, or a periphery within the range of five meters from the grain bin; and the cooling and heat exchange device comprises a heat pipe exchanger. In Yangtze River Delta Region, the temperature of stored articles stored in the heat pipe exchange type underground cooling grain bin is not more than 8 DEG C in the first summer with almost no energy dissipation. Meanwhile, the inventory time of rice can be prolonged to eight years from the original two years.
