The invention discloses a locking frame for stopping a rotating plate. The locking frame comprises a mounting pipe, wherein the mounting pipe is provided with two locking bars in parallel; locking parts are arranged at the end parts of the locking bars; locking grooves are formed in one sides of the locking parts; and grooves are formed in the other sides of the locking parts. The locking frame can be installed on a bracket of the rotating plate; after the rotating plate is stopped working, the rotating plate can be conveniently stopped through the locking bars; and as the locking grooves and the grooves are buckled on the rotating plate, the rotating plate is convenient to be stopped.
