Polymer mortar terrace and preparing method thereof
The invention relates to a polymer mortar terrace and a preparing method thereof. The polymer mortar terrace comprises a bottom material layer, a main material layer and a surface material layer which are sequentially laid on a concrete base body. The bottom material layer is composed of, by weight, 2-20% of emulsion, 1-10% of water reducing agents, 2-20% of silica fume, 0.1-1% of cellulose ether, 2-20% of fine sand and 30-70% of white cement; the main material layer comprises, by weight, 1-10% of emulsion, 1-10% of water reducing agents, 1-10% of silica fume, 0.02-0.2% of cellulose ether, 1-10% of fine sand, 0.1-1% of pigment, 4-40% of white cement and 20-70% of graded joint sand; the surface material layer is formed by mixing a polymer and water, wherein the weight content of the polymer is 30-70%. Compared with the prior art, the polymer mortar terrace obtained through preparation is high in strength and low in cost, and has excellent anti-corrosion, temperature resistant, permeation resistant, antiskid and self-cleaning properties, and the preparing technology is simple, easy to implement and suitable for industrial production application.
