The invention relates to an organic-inorganic composite ground colorful seamless thin millstone decorative material component, a manufacturing method and a construction method thereof. The component comprises the following materials: a gel component, an expanding agent component, a filling material, a thickening time control agent, an antifoaming agent, pigment, a water-retaining and thickening agent, and an adhesive; wherein the gel component comprises a main gel component and an auxiliary gel component. The component has three advantages: (1) the expansion of millstone can be easily adjusted, the shrinkage can be easily controlled, the cracking is prevented, and the goal of seamless construction can be achieved; (2) the compressive strength and flexural strength of finished millstone product are improved, and the final performance of finished product is enhanced; (3) the finished product can be quickly solidified and dried, cement hydration process is shortened, the mixing water is locked and fully utilized to further improve the hydration effect, the goal of convenient construction is realized, moreover, the provided component has a good water retaining performance, and thus the predetermined strength can be reached without spraying water on the component or carrying out hydrating maintenance.
