The sintered brick is formed by the following components in part by weight: 7 parts of clay, 2 parts of coal gangue and 1 part of sludge. The preparation method comprises the following steps of (1) crushing and filtering the coal gangue, and feeding into a coal gangue feeder; (2) crushing and filtering the clay, and feeding into a clay feeder; (3) fully mixing the sludge, the processed coal gangue and the processed clay through a distributor according to a fixed proportion to prepare a raw material, and blank forming, drying and sintering the mixed raw material to prepare a finished product.
