The invention discloses a carbonized fireproof material which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-67 parts of oxidized aluminum corundum, 10-14 parts of magnesite, 3-4 parts of aluminum hydroxide, 4-10 parts of phenolic resin, 10-12 parts of sisal fiber, 1-2 parts of sesbania gum, 2-3 parts of glacial acetic acid, 26-30 parts of ethyl orthosilicate, 0.1-0.2 part of methyl perfluoro-nonyl ketone and 1-2 parts of 6-10mol/l nitric acid solution. According to the invention, ethyl orthosilicate is hydrolyzed into silanol sol under the condition of addition of glacial acetic acid as a catalyst, the silanol sol and fiber emulsion are mixed, the solvent is evaporated to obtain a heterocomplex containing carbon and silicon, finally high-temperature carbonization is carried out, and the fiber emulsion provides a carbon source to obtain a carbon and silicon composite assistant. The carbon and silicon composite assistant has the advantages of stable chemical property, high heat conductivity coefficient, small heat expansion coefficient, heat shock resistance, light weight and high strength.
